Very smooth!
I’ve had some bad experiences with protein powders with bad taste and texture but this one is great. I’ve been making the banana peanut butter drink on the back and there is no weird flavour or texture- it blends so nicely! I love that it has such simple ingredients and is made in Canada.

This powder is excellent, dissolves easily in any liquid, no grit, and is high in protein with no flavouring so you can change your smoothie with fruit as you like it

Strong flavour, chalky texture
Not good.
The flavour is really strong and the texture is extremely chalky - unless you want to eat a quarter teaspoon at a time, this powder isn't worth it. I won't be buying this again.
