Description
Caution: Consult

more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, if
you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have depression and/or related
diseases. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.

Martin & Pleasance Harmony My Sleep - Contains a synergistic
blend of herbs used in traditional Chinese and Herbal medicine to
relieve symptoms of stress, such as restlessness, and promote a restful
sleep. With high dose Ziziphus to induce sleep and relieve restlessness,
Hops acts as a calmative and helps relieve restlessness, Magnesium
helps to maintain proper muscle function and relaxation, and Sour Cherry
is shown to contain natural levels of melatonin.
Recommended Dosage: Take 1 tablet, 1 hour before bedtime.

Humulus lupulus flower (Hops) 150 mg - 10:1 QCE 1.5 g

Amazed at the results!
Since a child I have suffered with sleep issues. I was so thrilled when a friend of mine told me about My Sleep. I take one tablet 1-2 hours before bedtime and am able to drift off to sleep. My mind is finally calm and relaxed. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized.

Love it!
I have struggled with waking in the night for several years. Especially when I'm going through periods of stress. I take My sleep regularly and it helps me to stay asleep or quickly go back to sleep if I am woken. I also feel very calm the next day. Strongly recommend for anyone who struggles with sleep as a result of stress!

Sleep Sweet Sleep
I have had chronic insomnia for years. I have been on prescription sleeping medication however I really wanted to get off of them and go to something natural. I had tried many natural products none worked. Harmony My Sleep works like a charm, I am sleeping through the night and waking up refreshed and not groggy. My husband loves them too!!

Amazing at keeping me asleep all through the night
I have always battled to stay asleep the whole night. I typically wake up in the early hours and cant fall asleep again. This product helps so much with keeping me asleep and waking up at the right time.
