Great product for it's price!

It's hard to find foundation at this price range that can address a lot of common issues people have with their foundations, this one does a great job. The formula provides buildable coverage, so I can adjust according to whatever look I am going for. It wasn't drying and held on decently throughout the night, I had it on for about 5 hours in the evening time. You might have to reapply in the middle if you are going for a full day coverage. As a girl with fair to medium skin tone, finding the exact shade match is still difficult but I think I'll get pretty close if I mix a couple different shades and experiment.

Nice foundation with buildable coverage!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This matched my skin pretty well. It applied easily. I found that it was light to medium coverage but you could build it up to fuller coverage if needed. I did find that by the end of the day my skin was fairly greasy when using this foundation. I naturally have oily skin and this foundation really left my shiny and the foundation melted off in really oily spots (nose and chin). That being said, for the first half of the day my skin looked flawless. After about a month of use I did notice that I was breaking out more than usual from the oiliness. I would definitely use this foundation in the future, just not on a regular basis.

Matte all day!

It's been a while since I've use a Maybelline foundation, so I was excited when I had the opportunity to try the Maybelline New York Fitme Matte + Poreless Foundation for free! Not only does the foundation provide great, buildable coverage, but the matte finish holds up for the majority of the day. As someone with combination skin, I can get oily pretty quickly, but this foundation helped keep my natural sheen at a minimum. I've found that it complements my other face products, and doesn't settle into any of my fine lines and wrinkles. It applies nicely with a makeup sponge and it doesn't appear that much is absorbed into the sponge.

A really good drugstore foundation!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was pleasantly surprised trying this foundation out since I remember it being popular when I was a teenager. I liked that it went on quite smooth and matte meaning I didn't need to even set it with powder. This foundation is great for oily skin but if you have any dry patches it will cling to them. It is also a light coverage and not very buildable. But it is great for oily skin if you just want to even out your skin tone a bit and not have to worry about powder. I love it for light makeup days. The colour match was also a perfect match for me!

Perfect look with perfect shade
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recently tried the Maybelline New York Fitme Matte Poreless Foundation (ivory shade), and overall, it has left a positive impression on me. It gave me perfect matte finish by providing perfect coverage that evened out my skin tone and concealed minor imperfections. The lightweight formula blended seamlessly into my skin without feeling heavy. I wore this foundation for approximately 12 hours & my makeup looked perfect throughout the day. It is waterproof & sweatproof. That means you will have to use miscellar water or oil to remove your makeup. I did experience tiny breakouts the next day but that is my usual problem with mostly all the foundations.

I am a combo skin gal who leans more toward oily skin. I used this in combo with a good grippy primer that also fills in pores a bit like the milk powergrip primer. Applied using a dense oval brush to make sure I could take advantage of the poreless finish. After applying my favourite finishing powder and setting spray, I found this foundation looked excellently smooth and didn't fall into my smile lines or eye creases. It lasted well through a nap and because of the formula including clay I feel like I stayed matte all day. Stood up decently to being sweaty.

All Day Wear with Natural Look

This foundation is better than foundations that are easily 5 times its price. I have tried many higher end foundations that find their way into my garbage bin but this foundation will have a permanent place in my makeup bag. Keeps skin looking fresh all day while maintain moisture and looking matte. This foundation is buildable so it can be sheer or full coverage depending on what you need. Highly recommend! #freeproduct
