Love it!
I recently started trying Mekhala products and really enjoy the Thai Green Curry Paste. I sort of follow the recipe on the bottle but I double the ingredients so that I can make a meal and have leftovers for another day. I also add cooked chopped chicken breasts. Husband loves it. Super easy and quick recipe. I'm online right now to buy more bottles. So glad that Well.ca sells this product as I have a hard time finding it in stores.

Sneaky heat.
This exceeded my expectations. Wonderful on plain rice. Scrambled eggs? Yep. Be careful not to add too much. It's got heat.

Excellent Thai Green Curry Paste
I am back buying more of this organic curry paste that doesn't have any added sugar. I made a few dishes that called for quite a bit of Thai green curry paste and they all turned out great.
