Surprisingly good taste!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I will admit, I was sceptical to try Metamucil Fibre Therapy 3 in 1 Multihealth Fibre but I was shocked! The power dissolved almost completely and had a light orange flavour to it but the best part was that it completely dissolved! I was expecting a slimy texture and this did not have it. I have been taking it in the morning for 3 weeks, just 1 teaspoon a day and have found that it has made me more regular and has suppressed my appetite till lunch! Normally I would be hungry around 10 AM but found taking Metamucil I could go till 1 PM without an issue. Very impressed with this product!

Metamucil Review!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The product that I got to review was Metamucil. I like the fact that it is sugar-free, as I am a Type 2 Diabetic and have to watch my sugar intake. The orange flavor is pleasing to the taste buds as also is the smooth texture. When I mixed this in a glass of water, you could see how it blended completely. There were no lumps in the glass like some other products are. I took this product as night, so that I would be close to the washroom in case of any reactions that may happen when first taking a new product. The product did not cause excessive elimination in the night, which is one of the main reasons that I will be continuing to use this to lower my ‘bad’ cholesterol level.

Healthy and tasty
Prior to this product, I used Psillium Husk capsules. I found them tasteless and were not motivated for regular intake. I switched for this product. It is a fulfilling and enjoyable drink. It is a good feeling to do something good for your health and enjoy the taste. I found not too many manufactures are concerned about taste. They are developing their products only from perspectives of health benefits which is great but if the product can be not only healthy but also tasty, it is a definite winner!

I had received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and was interested in testing this product out. Over the last 3 weeks, I have been drinking this powder with water every morning before breakfast. When using this product, you'll notice there is a nice subtle orange scent and that the product mixes well with water. The texture is smooth and easy to drink on an empty stomach. I needed something to give me that extra fibre boost and this does it with a great taste that's sugar free! I'll be adding this to my routine moving forward.

Tastes fantastic!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this #freeproduct through Topbox for review. I’ve never taken a fibre supplement before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I followed the directions for the “add extra fibre” portion. It smelled and tasted fantastic. It was easy to mix into my water but if you have a serious texture aversion you might not like it. It’s slightly textured even when mixed well. This was not an issue for me at all. I didn’t notice much change in my bathroom habits but I was pretty regular before so I don’t think that’s a big deal for me.

Surprisingly Smooth!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was pleasantly surprised by this! I expected it to be gritty, but it was very smooth. The taste is truly orange. It has a decent amount of sweetness, without being super sweet. I took it every morning with breakfast, just in water. It does have aspartame in it, for those with sensitivities to it. I found one teaspoon a day was enough for me to aid with my digestive health. I will spare you the details, but it really has helped in that department :) #freeproduct
