I'm with the previous review...this primer is ITCHY! I realize an allergy won't happen for everyone, but I really did give this primer a good test. I did not find it worked for me at all. I had lots of creasing on the lid after a short amount of time, and it didn't hold shadow on my lower lash line at all...like not even for 15 minutes. So this was a total bust for me even without the itching. Seems to work great for some, but not for me.

I wish I could give it 10 stars!! This is the best eyeshadow primer! It glides on smoothly and then dries to a perfect dry/tacky feel which is perfect for applying eyeshadow. It doesn't crease at all, I don't have to add any setting powder. It's affordable. If you buy this, just go ahead and buy multiples so you have them stocked. This is my new "go-to" eyeshadow primer. No need to get expensive ones at Sephora. I also like Essence's eyeshadow primer which is even cheaper (about $3.50) and it does a great job, but now after using the Milani one, I think the Milani one is the best. LOVE!!!!
