Cleans the scalp well and makes my hair feel very soft and bouncy. It has a sweet smell which I like. ♥

One of the best shampoos I've ever used. Leaves my hair quite soft. I leave it on while I shower, as I don't use conditioner. Will keep buying.

This keratin shampoo does its job, which is to add weight and body to hair strands and make them look and feel healthier. That being said, I couldn't get past the sickeningly sweet smell of it. I don't want my hair to smell like bubble gum. I want it to smell clean and fresh. Too bad, because otherwise the shampoo contains lots of natural and healthy ingredients. Hopefully Mill Creek will come out with a fragrance-free version or perhaps a natural citrus scent.

Received this shampoo, which is a new version that | originally used and was sold in the bottle that matches the conditioner(the website now shows new look of the shampoo with the word "new" on the picture). The new formula, even though shows majority of ingredients being the same, is not even close to the original shampoo. The original used to be much thicker and was very soothing to the scalp and left hair very shiny and brightened color of the hair. The new one is very watery, and leaves the scalp itchy, and hair needs conditioner. I wish Millcreek did not change the formula. I would rather pay more but get the great product it used to be.
I found this website excellent! Great layout, easy to navigate, very responsive, even though it has around 40000 products. Customer service is amazing! I came across great successful websites with great customer service, but this one is by far the best!

I've been using this remarkable shampoo, along with the Mill Creek Jojoba shampoo, for decades. It has saved my hair. It is quite simply the best shampoo in the market at any price. It keeps my hair soft and moist. I use it every day and my hair never gets tired of it. Before I found this shampoo, my hair was dry, and unmanageable. I tried expensive shampoos from Revlon and similar brands to no avail. After I found the Mill Creek line of shampoos, including the Keratin and Jojoba shampoos, I never looked back. Thank you Mill Creek.

I have been using Mill Creek hair products exclusively for as long as I can remember, well over 30 years. Almost 60 and have a full head of hair, which I think is due to using natural products without detergent. Also use the Jojoba and Henna. Tried the Tea Tree but wasn't right for my chemistry. Find the right formula and I think you will love the results (and the fabulous aromas).

I used the shampoo 2 times. The first time my hair was perfectly fine, the second my hair is striped off all natural oils. My hair is still dry after not washing for a couple of days. I wont be purchasing this shampoo again.

I have been using this shampoo for over 30 year. Although I have thinning hair, at the age of 60, I have more hair than any member of my family. I attribute this to using this natural shampoo. What I really like about this shampoo is that it gives my hair body and makes it managable, without the use of a conditioner, My hair is not long or curly so tangling is not an issue for me.

This shampoo smells delicious and does a pretty good job at ridding your hair of excess oil without stripping it. I find this product to not be nearly as harsh as regular shampoos that can sometimes irritate my scalp. As always, be sure to use a conditioner with this product as your hair will tangle at the ends if you do not.
