Great product!
I was nervous to try mouth tape, being a claustrophobic person - I thought it might make me feel panicky. I was amazed that I never felt that way at all! It's very flexible and the small hole for taking a drink of water (with a straw) or whatever makes it feel comfortable and safe. The only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars is that I find it tricky to get the corners of my mouth covered sometimes because of the shape. But it's not a big drawback at all. It keeps my mouth closed even over my mouth guard, and I've been sleeping really well.

From silly to essential!
Don't knock it until you try it! At first I thought this was a scam product but seeing dentists recommend it and experiencing nighttime dry mouth swayed me. After trying it, I'm a convert! My sleep score has consistently been in the high 90s since using mouth tape and I'm recommending it to others.

caused perioral dermatitis
After using this product I developed perioral dermatitis for the first time in my life - thankfully since I stopped using this mouth tape the skin irritation has resolved.

Best sleep ever!
Mintier mouth tape is the product I didn’t know I needed! My sleep has improved so much and I wake up feeling rested and no dry mouth!
