Recommended Dosage:
- Adults and children 17 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times daily OR 2 capsules upon rising and 1 capsule before bed.
- Children 11 to 16 years: Take 1 capsule, twice daily.
- Children 5 to 10 years: Take 1 capsules, one to two times daily.

Love love love it!
We use this as a family after our family doctor said they use it personally. We use the children version for our little one. It seems to have helped us in general with remaining healthy. We do not have any side effects from taking it either. I know it’s expensive but for us, it’s been worth it. We also work in healthcare and schools and have high levels of exposure to many viruses.
