The dish soap works well for everyday washing up. Like most green cleaners it takes a second go to clean greasier dishes.
One of the reasons I use Mrs. Meyers is their scents don't trigger our sensitivities. That said, I find the mint scent a bit underwhelming. It's more like an aloe or cucumber.
