Peanut flavour subtle, gingery
I was expecting a stronger Peanut flavour and has more ginger flavour than I would like.
Sauce is good on its own and also good to add as a topper to meat
My method- I add coconut aminos and coconut sugar and more pb and top it to marinaded meat and and then broil it again to get the sauce a bit more thicker stickier.
Idk if I’ll buy again- mostly bc I think I can either make it myself and bc of the ginger flavour
