I have tried many magnesium products, and I find that this one is the most effective, perhaps because of how the pill is made.

Best magnesium1
I'm so happy with this magnesium. When I'm pregnant I get constipated bad, I was using a different brand before and I had to take 6 capsules a day to keep my stools soft, but with this brand I only need 1-2 a day, what a money saver! Thank you so much for making something that works so well!!
