Much easier to tolerate!
This product is as it’s name indicates much gentler on your stomach. I have tried three brands and felt terrible heartburn like fire right in the middle of my chest. I do have a hiatus hernia mind you but every time I took iron pills I thought I was going to burn a hole right through my body! These are much easier for me to tolerate thankfully because I am anemic and need to get my iron levels up so these along with vitamin C & folic acid should do the trick nicely. Gentle on my stomach
This is the only Iron that does not upset my stomach when taking. It also does not cause constipation for me. I highly recommend it.

Perfect
I have non- Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and in remission so it is important to keep my iron levels normal .
My iron was low at one point so I started taking this supplement and it works perfect to keep my iron at the level it should be.
I find it very gentle on my stomach …it does not give any side effects whatsoever.

So far, so good.
I started taking these because my fingernails had been splitting and a lack of iron is a possible cause. My nails are stronger and I’ve noticed that I have more energy. I take one tablet every other day and have no stomach or constipation issues.
