I have taken this product for four years and have found my nails are very strong, my hair is great and my skin is in very good condition. Manicurists and hair dressers have commented on my nails and hair and how how healthy they are! So far so good!
I have been using this product for two months now to help with postpartum hair loss. It’s been amazing for my nails but haven’t noticed a difference in my hair yet. I will continue to use it

The gummies taste good so makes it easy to remember to take them everyday. I'm not seeing a big difference in my hair or nails - but it's a vitamin not a miracle cure!

Although the date was better than the bottle I was finishing, the contents were stuck together in one mass and all dry and crusty white.. the seal wasn’t broken so not sure what happened, but normally I love these.

Not Affective for Split Nails
I had hoped this would help with one split nail I have, but it doesn't. The strawberry taste is unpleasant, as is the texture.
