Not pleased with quality
I’ve taken b complex for a while and tried a few different brands but I’m concerned about this bottle. It has no expiry date anywhere on it which is very concerning and the contents smelled so bad despite being sealed. It was incredibly rancid and I was very upset to find no bath number or expiry date. I will never use this brand again.

Love these because they're small!
I take a minimum of 5 per day because I'm disabled and housebound, so don't go out often. My Dr suggested between 5,000 to 6,000IU/daily, all at once, so big pills are a problem for me. These work perfectly
