Nature’s Harmony® Timed Release Melatonin in a 2 mg tablet is a long-lasting (6- to 8- hour) dosage form appropriate for those individuals who have difficulty sleeping through the night and tend to wake too soon. Melatonin promotes normal sleep patterns and more restful sleep. It also eases shift work transitions, and may relieve jet lag without the hazards or side effects of prescription sleeping pills.
Helps increase total sleep time aspect of sleep quality in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag. Helps to relieve the daytime fatigue associated with jet lag. Helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome. Helps reset the body’s sleep-wake cycle aspect of circadian rhythm.
Recommended Dosage: Take 1 dropper (1mL) a day at bedtime only. For use beyond four weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

My two-year-old had was never an early bird but lately things got out of hands and for some unexplained reason (teething perharps? back molars coming through) she started being unable to fall asleep before 11:30pm. Kept doing that for 5 days in a row!!! These magic drops worked their wonder on the first night and she was able to go to sleep within 30 minutes after taking them. She likes the flavor and I have to hide the bottle to make sure she doesn't end up drinking it all up!!! She sleeps peacefully and wakes up easily in the morning. Daycare lady even commented how rested my girl is these days! (Now do you have any magic drops that vacuum and do laundry, I'll take a couple boxes of these...)

I tried liquid melatonin when capsules didn't work well and left me hung over (purchased from well.ca but the item page didn't say they were timed release!). This product helps me get to sleep when I have to go to bed "too early" for my Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. It tastes nice; I don't find it bitter, and it works quickly. I do not feel groggy in the morning. It does tend to create vivid and interesting dreams.

This product is really easy to use. Our doctor works at Children's Hospital in Vancouver & says that it is safe to give to children when they are having trouble sleeping (when wound up & overtired especially). This is the brand sold by the pharmacy at the hospital, but the liquid form is much easier to use.

This is one if the few brands that my young son (ADHD) can use without having bad dreams or feeling tired in the morning. I love that I can personalize the dosage, as it's liquid. So pleased to have found this brand, and have it shipped to my doorstep!!

Works quickly and gives me a good deep sleep. Also using it at half a dose for a senior who previously slept very restlessly and was up every hour, now sleeping 4-5 hours at a time. Works much better than his sleeping pills.

I bought this for my son who is 8 and since starting ADD meds he has had a very hard time familling asleep. We only give him .25 of a dose and he falls asleep within 30 min of taking it! Highly recommend. I like the liquid because you and start with very little and increase if nessacry

I really like melatonin products and was searching for a liquid to give straight to my kids when needed. This isn't it. There is a bitter aftertaste that is quite unpleasant. I will have to mix it into something to try and use it up. Won't buy it again.

This product is excellent. I tried different sleeping aids (presecribed and non-prescribed) and this product is the best. Makes you feel sleepy quickly (within 10-15 mins) and the following day you don't feel tired, cranky, or droopy...
