These delicious lozenges have a pleasing natural wild berry flavour. Nature's Way Zinc lozenges are Vegetarian.

Dosage: Adolescents and children 9 years and older, take 1 lozenge daily. Adults, take 1 lozenge twice daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Allow lozenges to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
