Good
I bought it for my new piercings but the stream has no pressure FYI so it was a little difficult to work with.
It's a saline solution so does the job. No burning dries quickly.

Spray nozzle is not great
I also bought this to clean piercings and was pretty disappointed in the applicator. Instead of coming out in gentle spray like I was hoping for it came out in a solid jet/stream. So it's awkward and uncomfortable to apply (since if you press the nozzle fully the liquid pressure is painful for a new piercing) and you go through the bottle really fast (like, only 5 or 6 uses).
