Rated 2 out of 5 by from Strong scent, awful rash but goes on smooth/light I was so excited to try this because Hydro Boost moisturizer is great. But within an hour of putting it on, it gave me a terrible, burning rash. Good thing I tested only in a small area. It was such a nice texture too - I even thought it was my favourite sunscreen texture ever for that first hour lol (hence the two stars since it could work for others). Pros: it goes on light, not as greasy as other sunscreens Cons: DEFINITELY patch test as it’s not for everyone, strong scent if you’re sensitive

Rated 4 out of 5 by from SO lightweight! I have been using this for a while now and I love it for the most part. It is very lightweight, does not feel too oily and did not give me break outs despite being acne prone! The ingredients are also pretty great and I am impressed overall! And it is super affordable so I don't feel guilty applying a lot to ensure I have the best sun protection possible. However, it REALLY stings my eyes and does not stay in place. I do my best to keep it away from my eyes but it migrates into my eyes mid way through the day. I am not sure if it's from sweating or what, but unfortunately that is the one reason I would not repurchase. I can't have my eyes stinging all day! But if it becomes reformulated to not migrate and sting eyes while still keeping the same base of great ingredients-I would be the first one to buy it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I want to love it, but I don't :( I got this because I wanted to get a brown skin friendly sunscreen and it definitely is that - there is no white cast at all. I love the hyrdro boost concept, but your face ends up looking shiny rather than hydrated (not a glow). I didn't mind that look that much however the issue came about when I went out and suddenly my eyes started burning...! I don't know if some of the product ended up on my eye, but it was bad burning that I had to wash off my eyes with cold water. I tried it again and every single time there was the burning sensation on my eyes so sadly, can't use this. I recommend it if you have dry skin and if it doesn't burn your eyes then it will be amazing. Don't recommend if you have oily skin. If the eyes burning thing is common with any other reviews then avoid this for sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ouch My poor eyeballs. Omg after like an hour of wearing my eyeballs are burning..keep in mind it’s not like I’m rubbing it into my eyes but I think it’s the fragrance? Anyways. My eyes swelled up so much. I’ll use it for a body sunscreen but never again on my face.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Got a rash/break out I saw this being advertised on a talk show, and I heard good reviews about this product. I have used Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch before and had high hopes for this new product. However after using it on my face, I got an allergic reaction to it: red bumps on my face (mainly around my cheeks and along my jaw line) and also got pimples. At first I thought it might've been an allergic reaction to something else, but when I used the product again today (after 2 weeks) it happened again! I'm going to discontinue using this product, and go back to my usual face sunscreen. I would say that this product is not for everyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Extremely strong fragrance & stung my eyes, but nice texture I thought I'd found "the one" when I felt how great the texture was, and saw that the product absorbed nicely even when applying the proper amount (which is a lot -- about 2 finger lengths). That's been my main issue when trying to find a good face sunscreen: finding one that absorbs nicely even when you wear the full amount necessary to properly protect you. However, my eyes sting and water ALL. DAY. LONG. when I wear this sunscreen. It's unbearable by the end of the day and I can't wait to wash my face the second I walk in the door. The fragrance is also INSANELY potent. The first few days I wore it, I could smell it all day long; I never acclimatized to it. Eventually after several days my sense of smell adjusted to it, but I'll never forget how strong it was at first when I wasn't used to it. I don't want to waste it so I'm using the rest of the tube as a body sunscreen but I won't be repurchasing once I've finished it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not My Fav It’s not my favourite. I really don’t like the smell. It’s a bit thick on my face when I put the amount that I have to put as a sunscreen. It’s affordable which would actually work as a body sunscreen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was looking for. No eye stinging. I actually found this on a dermatologists list of sunscreen that does NOT sting the eyes. This was my issue with other sunscreens like my Aveeno Positively Radiant and Hawaiian Tropic Sheer Touch. I love this stuff because I can close my eyes, tuck in my lips and just go crazy covering my face . I don't get any eye stinging during application or through out the day. It goes on clear and wet and dries in a really nice way that feels like your skin is hydrated but not sticky. I feel like it leaves a healthy hydrated look rather than a "wet dewy" look that some people go for. I'll be buying this again!
