My go-to makeup remover
I am a trans woman who started learning makeup over a year ago. It took a lot of experimenting but I found most makeup remover products from other companies would irritate my eyes or skin. Then I tried Neutrogena’s oil-free eye makeup remover and I’ve been blown away by its efficiency and effectiveness. No matter how tough the makeup I’m wearing is it always comes off without the slightest effort with this remover. The only slight downside is with excessive use it can cause dry eyes, but considering the benefits that small drawback is more than negligible. I HIGHLY recommend any new or experienced makeup users to try this product, and see if it works for them.

Fantastic Product! My go-to Makeup Remover!
I have tried several makeup removers in the past and I must say this one is my absolute favorite! It's gentle on my skin while easily removing my waterproof mascara......a feat that other removers seem to have a very difficult time doing! It leaves my eye area feeling soft, and has never once irritated my skin....which is great because my skin is quite sensitive! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a GREAT makeup remover.

It does the job...
This was a spoof kind of Xmas gift since i have always had issues getting all of my eye make up off (waterproof mascara). It does work after a few rubs/scrubs with a cotton pad or ball but I seem to has residue the next morning.
What's weird to me about this product is that there is no oil, but the fluids separate and acts (or looks like it acts) like an oil. No smell, no irritation, slightly oil-ish feeling after I use but quies quickly.
I would buy again since I have fallen in love Neutrogena's products.

No Complaints at All!
A quality product that delivers. I do not use too much of makeup on my face and eyes. However, these wipes do the job they are intended to do. Wipes are mild and almost odourless. Works for me.

Make up is removed quickly.
The product does my eyeliner and mascara very quickly and efficiently. I really have no complaints about this product.
