Melissa Dream is the tablet you need to maintain a normal restful sleep and relieve stress. The unique bioactive micronutrients and herbal extract combination contained in each tablet help promote relaxation and allow you to wake up refreshed and rested.
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS PER TABLET:
DOSAGE: 1 tablet when needed to relieve occasional stress during the day, up to 3 tablets per day. To promote restful sleep, take 2-3 tablets 30-60 minutes before intended sleep.
CAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or below 12 years of age.

I’ve tried many natural sleep remedies because none work, so I keep trying. I was hopeful, based on reviews, that this would be the one to finally be effective. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for me, either.
