New Nordic Quality Sleep

Quality Sleep is New Nordics new calmative and extensive sleep formula. This product is used in herbal medicine to help relieve restlessness and nervousness, thereby promoting better sleep. Along with other proven calmative ingredients such as L-theanine, chamomile and lemon balm, it features ashwagandha, an herb traditionally used in Ayurveda to support calmness and restful sleep. Acting as a natural calmative, it helps to temporarily promote relaxation and support healthy mood balance. It may also assist in relieving sleep disturbances that are associated with mood imbalances.

Recommended Dosage: Daily dose (Adults): Take 2 tablets once per day with a meal before bedtime. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start at lower dose and slowly increase to effective dose over 2-week period.

Caution: Do not use if you are taking antidepressants, have scleroderma. Consult a health care professional prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking carbidopa or health products with serotonergic activity such as mood balance supplements, cough medication containing dextromethorphan, pain killers or medications for nausea or migraine, have a psychological disorder such as anxiety or depression. driving or using machinery, as you may experience drowsiness you may experience gastrointestinal discomfort. Stop use and ask a health care professional if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs you experience skin hardening, pain or stiffness of muscles or joints, tremors, agitation/ confusion, or an increased heart rate.
