I usually don’t write reviews, but this product is really bad and actually made me feel worse. This is the worst sulforaphane supplement I’ve ever tried. It gave me cramps, and surprisingly, on the days I take it, I can’t sleep at all. It made my situation worse, so I honestly don’t know what’s inside these bottles. I was excited to try this product, but it turned out to be a really bad experience. What made it even worse was the terrible customer service. I just lost my money on a product that’s not worth it. I don’t understand all these good reviews — maybe they’re fake. 1 star is even too much for it
