Not gentle if you wear anything waterproof
As per an earlier review, this remover is a little too gentle in that you have to scrub your eyes and surrounding *delicate* area to remove waterproof mascara. I’ve actually had to use soap after the fact to remove the remnants. It’s my back up when I run out of the cream version - which is FAR superior. But honestly after my last stab at it, I think I’ll opt for hand soap over this product.

Returning Item
I usually use Nivea express remover but thought I would try this as it says new formula. It did not remove my mascara easily I had to scrub my eyelashes and it still did not remove it all. It was very irritating and drying to they eyes. Would not recommend
