Great fish oil
This brand has some of the best quality fish oil. The lemon flavour is good because it eases any bad aftertaste and fish burps. The oil itself is in the best form for absorption. Fish oil is great for inflammation and plays a role in the prevention of all types of health conditions. We can't make the fatty acids from fish oil in our bodies so we have to get them from food, but most people do not get enough. This supplement is very helpful to make sure you are getting what your body needs.

Great formulation and can't complain about lemon burps
This omega at two capsules a day is the formulation and amount that has been shown to help somewhat with symptoms of depression in a clinical study. Trying it with my husband, he doesn't get any burps afterwards but I do, and I really appreciate that they are lemon scented instead of fishy!
