Good but note the coarse testure.
I like the taste (sweet-nutty flax taste) and put it on my morning fruit & yoghourt, The texture is coarse so I wouldn't put it in a smoothie or other drink but it works well on food. I have added it to my oatmeal but it really thickened it up and gave it that gelatinous chia pudding texture. It works well with things like yoghourt, granola or cecreal. I think it would be good in muffins..

Disappointed
This had the opposite effect on me that it is supposed to. I tried it and then tried it again to see if it would be different but it wasn't. Was worth a try, I suppose.
