Easy to Take
Dissolves quickly and has no taste! Seems like the ideal product to me.
Glad to find an easy to take prebiotic. However the label says take 2 hours before or after taking other meds/supplements so remembering to take it in the middle of the day is a little annoying (but not unmanageable).

Dissolved quickly
I stir this into my coffee every morning. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t lead be any taste behind. Great for digestion but be careful not to use too much otherwise you will be running for the bathroom!
