NOW Foods Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera) is an herb that is extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional herbal system in India. Ashwagandha is used as a general tonic and “adaptogen”, helping the body adapt to temporary normal stress. In addition, preliminary data suggest that Ashwagandha supports a healthy immune system.
Directions: Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1 time daily.

Good product
Seems to be good quality. It definitely gives me more energy. I read it can help with anxiety but I’m not sure I’m seeing any difference with that yet.

Great product and amazing price. Best price for this potency and dosage. Make sure to take with a fat because itz non water soluble. I usually take at night with yoghurt.
