Directions: Adult Dosage: Take 5 tea bags daily. Steep one tea bag in 177-236 mL of water that has just started to boil, for 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping.

It had a great strong peppermint flavour once steeped and it was so refreshing. I love that it has organic ingredients which just makes me feel better about drinking it. I also tried using a teabag to make a peppermint mocha and that was delicious. I would definitely buy this again and highly recommend others try it too

I like the flavour of this tea it doesn't have quite as strong of a peppermint flavour as other peppermint teas I have tried but it is still good. The only downside is the tea bags are individually packaged in plastic which I think is unnecessary when tea bags usually come wrapped in paper, which is recyclable. I do like that this tea is organic though.

The aroma and the flavor is perfect! It provides a soothing feeling when I take it, and the fact that it is caffeine-free, and sugar-free would allow me to take it any time of the day without worrying my sugar intake

It has a great taste, I found it had a fresher taste than some of the other peppermint teas on the market. I drink it hot, without milk or sweetener. Love that 24 bags come in a box too which is above the average.

The tea bags are individually wrapped in plastic which is not ideal. A loose tea option from this brand would be preferred. Those concerns aside, it is a great product. I would recommend this product. Enjoy!!

This peppermint tea tastes mature and flavourful as someone would expect from a peppermint tea, not too strong and overwhelming in its strength but rather mellow in its bouquet. Golden in its appearance and I liked it with a shot of whole milk which makes it smooth and pleasant to drink.
