CAUTION: GROSSLY OVER-STRENGTH
Taking even a little more zinc than the daily recommended amount is known to cause nausea and shaking. Yet this product contains 270% of the daily recommended amount per capsule!!! Not only that, but Now® suggests taking this amount every day! I have gotten sicker and sicker every time I take it, and today the sickness has lasted for 5 hours so far! Now® would probably try to defend the overly high strength of this product by sayig that it is intended to target those with a zinc deficiency, but it doesn't say that on the label, and it's nonsense anyway. If your soup bowl were deficient in soup, would you try to pour 2.7 times its volume of soup into it?

Great for men & sleep
I take one capsule after supper and wow, I sleep like a baby afterwards. Also noticed hard “morning woods” as a positive side effect.
