NOW Real Food Zesty Sprout Mix is a unique and flavourful blend of popular sprouting seeds that have been combined for their pleasant, zesty taste. This unique combination of seeds is especially delicious and nutritious.
Suggested Usage: Place two tablespoons of seeds in a sprouting jar with three times as much water as seeds. Soak overnight. Rinse seeds and drain twice daily, store in low humidity without direct sunlight. About the fourth day place rinsed sprout jar in indirect sunlight to develop green chlorophyll leaves.

A bit disappointing
I’ve been sprouting my own sprouts for years and this blend just isn’t working well for me. I wish I had the same success as the other reviews.
