A must have for anyone's routine
This is one thing I always have to have and can't run out of. My scalp gets dry and flaky all year round and this is essential for me. I use it as a hair/scalp mask, dry patches on my body, my brows and lashes. There are endless uses!!!

I use this every night. In addition to the benefits already mentioned, I put it on my stomach at night and it makes my bowels move in the morning.
