Tastes amazing in smoothies
Bought 6 jars of pumpkin seed butter when it was on sale for $6.50 which was cheaper than Walmart.
The tastes is awesome when I put it in a protein smoothie.
I would have given it a 5 star if this company would remove the phytic acid (a naturally occur compound in seeds, nuts, legumes) which are iron inhibitors.
Anyhow the protein shake is good with this seed butter, soaked hemp protein powder and orange.

This is a thick spread, but it's tasty. I appreciate that it's in a glass jar, so avoiding plastic. This pumpkin seed butter is a staple in our home. When I first opened this product, there was a reddish liquid on top. I contacted the company about this and was told that it's a natural oil that comes out from the processing of the seeds. Good to know.

My new favourite!
Thought I would give this a try as it is something different, and it is now my favourite nut butter. Super smooth; goes great on everything! I just sprinkle a little bit of salt on it as it enhances the taste and flavour! Definitely recommend!

This is my favorite nut spread now. It taste's good and is healthier than peanut butter.
I also eat pumpkin seeds as a snack the raw roasted ones very good for the digestive system. That is why I thought I would buy the spread and it is very good I would recommend trying it with your children as a change from the other. Just my opinion.
