This is the bare minimum health canada recommends for folate. Most vitamins have significantly more.

I tried ALL the drugstore gummies but none of them could make me want to take them and I happened upon these one when I was travelling and forgot to bring my prenatal ax The taste is great! Like orange candy. Super easy to chew. No horrible after taste or stuck in my teeth. A little lower on some vitamins but pair it with a multivitamin and youâÂÂre good to go!!!

Tried these for a general multivitamin. Not pregnant at this time, just wanted to try a gummy multivitamin. Not sure I’d be able to handle the citrus Flavour if I was pregnant.
Overall good, but could have higher quantity of vitamins and minerals per serving.

These are not bad, they really don’t upset the stomach which is why I would buy them again. They leave an after taste, so I make sure I drink some juice or coffee after ;)

These do not taste good at all, kinda sad I made the switch to these for my last trimester.
Also have to take iron pills with these as they do not contain any iron
