Good sunscreen
I got the Ombrelle Sensitive expert+ SPF 60, Hypoallergenic sunscreen for the face as a #freeproduct with #trywithtopbox this lotion is fragrance-free and water resistant, which will be great for the pool! Because I live in Canada I don’t really have a reason to wear sunscreen at the moment because of out winter season. I found that this lotion was not greasy at all and easy to rub into the skin. I usually add a sunscreen to my skin care routine in the late spring and summer months. I burn every year so I can not wait until the summer to try this out again and see how good it works in the hot sunny weather. I am happy with the results.

Easy to apply

The little bottleneck provide small amount of product and it is fine like that. They are no waste. The lotion penetrate well into the skin. It is not greasy or sticky. The lotion is free of fragrance but smell a little bit like all ´no-odor’ product. It doesn’t bother. I couldn’t try it yet while jogging in the hot summer days so I don’t know if it irritate the eyes. So far, it’s a great product and I will buy it. Great Sunscreen for my Acne-Prone Skin!

I have sensitive acne-prone skin and initially, I was afraid that this sunscreen was going to leave me with more breakouts since it is quite thick but it did not. Not only is it SPF 60 but this sunscreen absorbed into my skin quite nicely and did not leave me looking oily and greasy. I apply this product during my morning routine and I love how it does not feel heavy after the moisturizer and make-up. It has a light scent. I find this leaves a very natural finish to the skin, not glowy and not matte. This doesn't leave any film or greasy texture on my skin and my favourite thing is that it doesn't pill. This has been great for my skin, I can apply the proper amount of finger lengths and not get any white cast and it doesn't burn my eyes either which is wonderful. Lightweight, non-irritating and no white cast!

I have dark skin that is very sensitive so it is quite a challenge to find a sunscreen that doesn’t have a white cast and also doesn’t irritate my skin. This one not only has a high SPF (60), it is fragrance free and has not irritated my skin at all. It also goes on white but absorbs into the skin really well, leaving no white cast on my dark skin. It also isn’t greasy like most other sunscreens. It is lightweight. Super impressed and I will continue to use this all summer. It was okay

I really was happy to get this as I have quite sensitive skin myself and find it hard to get products. I also liked the fact that it is 60 SPF as I find it quite hard to find higher SPF in face lotions. Unfortunately when I tried this product out after a few minutes of it being on my skin it started to peel off almost? It left behind little pieces of white bits which was kind of annoying as none of the other sunscreens I have tried did this. I also wasn't too keen on the consistency of the product. I like my lotions to be on the thinner side, this one was quite thick which made it harder to spread on my face. This lead to me using more of the product. I used it only during the day as it is an SPF one. It doesn't really have a scent in my opinion which isn't a deal breaker for me as sometimes scents on my face can irritate my skin. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox

Perfect satin-texture, non-oily and comfortable!

There is minimal scent, vaguely "sunscreeney" with the faintest hint of a fresh scent. The texture was very nice, I'd describe it as a satin-type finish, it was completely non-greasy and dried matte, completely absorbed. Overall great sunscreen, I've used it for face and body and it isn't heavy, sticky, or noticeable in any manner. Can't wait to use it at the beach this summer, 80 minutes water resistant is awesome coverage. Great product 9.5/10 would buy again!

I could barely feel that I was wearing sunscreen because it was absorbed by my skin in a couple of seconds. There is absolutely no sticky/greasy feeling after this sunscreen is applied. I have tried it in addition to serum and moisturizer as a top layer and it did not pil for me. If you apply too much sunscreen, there is a slight white cast that disappears after about one minute.
I love that this product is recognized by the Canadian Dermatology Association. It is tested by dermatologists. This sunscreen is perfect for my sensitive skin as it is hypoallergenic. There is no scent that I can detect. If you happen to get it in your eye, it DOES NOT STING. This is important to me because I have sensitive eyes.

An amazing start to my daily skincare routine!

My kids and I are very fair skinned / light haired so the sun is pretty much our enemy and sunscreen is a must in our house. I was very happy to try this product and it did not disappoint at all.
It is a cream that goes on very smoothly and blends into the skin quickly without any yucky residue left behind. I was able to put my makeup on overtop with no issues.
The smell is very lovely, it’s got just a hint of that classic sunscreen smell but it’s not overpowering at all. I found it worked very well to protect our faces from the sun. I am excited to use it this summer as it is water resistant for up to 80min.

This severely disappointed me. For starters, if you're not fair skinned this WILL have a white cast on you. I'm light-medium and I look like a ghost after applying, even after trying to use less than the recommended amount (I do not advise this as it won't get you the sun protection that's on the label).
The second issue is the blendability. It's AWFUL. It's creamy out of the bottle but becomes a mess once I apply it on my face. The product's filters bunch up around the edges of my face and makes it look very crusty, and eventually flakes off. The application is also uneven and streaky, meaning sun protection will end up uneven as well.
Third issue is that it makes any makeup (and you WILL need it to make up for the whitecast) look horrible as well. This is for the face after all which means it should play nicely with face creams underneath it and makeup above it. It should, but it doesn't.
The only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because of the sensitive skin claim. This has not irritated my skin nor made my eyes watery. The waterproof claim seems to somehow hold up as well, as it was very hard to remove this with my regular facewash. However, because of the issues mentioned above, I will not reach for this over other sunscreens I have that do everything right.

This is a surprise!

It has your typical sunscreen smell but it's not too overpowering. Will not recommend for dry skin
I recently had the chance to test out Garnier Ombrelle's Sensitive Expert+ Face Sunscreen SPF 60. I was really hopeful because it’s designed for sensitive skin. However, I have very dry skin and found that this sunscreen wasn't quite the right fit for me. It absorbs super quickly, which is great, but it made my skin feel drier and left behind a white cast that didn’t go well with my complexion.
That said, if your skin leans more on the oily side, this might be a better match for you. It’s light, not greasy at all, and offers high SPF, which is always a plus. So, definitely give it a try if you’re looking for those qualities in a sunscreen.

Must have sunscreen for sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin and I'm always on the lookout for products that works best for me and the Garnier Ombrelle Sensitive Expert + Sunscreen is one of them. Great for Sensitive Skin
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Summer hasn't fully hit here in the North yet, so I've only managed to use Ombrelle's Sensitive Skin - SPF60 for errands.
I haven't had any rashes or breakouts. The texture is on the thicker end, but that's understood because it's water-resistant and should last up to 80 minutes in the water.
My skin absorbed the sunscreen very well, and there was no residue left behind.
There's no scent, and this product is cruelty-free, which I love!
I can't wait to try this product during the summer months!

Great for Sensitive Skin
I received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox and I really liked it! I have been using it in the mornings under my makeup for a few weeks now. I was surprised and happy to find that it absorbs easily and is not greasy at all! I actually haven’t used sunscreen on my face for this reason, plus other sunscreens I’ve tried in the past made me sweat, so this product is a game changer for me. My skin feels quite nice after applying this product and my makeup goes on easily.
I also appreciate the fact that there is no scent and that it is SPF 60. I take my kids swimming a lot during the summer months and this sunscreen is waterproof for a good length of time, up to 80 minutes.
I highly recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin!
