Opagee Sleep Essential Oil Blend

Opagee Sleep blend utilizes pure Ylang Ylang, Lavender and Jasmine essential oils among others helps to relax. Their essential oil blends make aromatherapy easy and accessible. Perfect for those new to the practice and those who enjoy the convenience of tried and tested blend recipes.

Directions:

Steaming: add 5-10 drops to a bowl of steaming water or a facial steamer and inhale deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Diffusing: add 10-15 drops to diffuser. Start with lowest number of drops and increase as desired.
