Easy absorption!
I bought this in December 2020 when my ferritin level was at a 6 it's only been 3 weeks and my levels have more than doubled. It's a slow increase but at least these pills don't cause any GI issues like most synthetic iron supplements do.

Product seems to be making a difference in my energy levels, which I can't say for any of the other iron (non-heme) products I've used. Still need to get blood work done, but I'm confident the results on my iron will be better (my hemoglobin was low). Good price, too.
