Directions for use: Before inserting earplugs, pinch nose and blow. Use your opposite hand to pull the top of your ear upward. Insert the ribbed end and turn like a corkscrew until snug. For best results, ALWAYS insert earplugs one hour BEFORE landing. Remove AFTER landing and when cabin door is opened. Chronic sufferers may also insert earplugs just BEFORE takeoff. Earplugs may be removed when the airplane reaches MAXIMUM altitude and reinserted one hour BEFORE landing.

Caution: Do not use earplugs if ear-related medical condition exists. Do not force or push into ear canal. If discomfort or pain arises, discontinue use and seek medical assistance. Should not be used for diving or for water protection. Not recommended for use with firearms. Keep earplugs in carrying case when not in use. Do not use earplug if it becomes damaged or soiled. It is recommended that earplugs are for single use only as pollen, dust and moisture can significantly reduce product performance. Adult supervision is required at all times. Swallowing an earplug may interfere with breathing which could result in serious injury or death. Keep out of reach of children and pets. This product is not a toy.
