Kit Includes:
- 1x 240mL bottle
- 50 packets of sinus rinse powder for solution
Directions: Adults: Read through entire section before using for the first time.
- Wash hands thoroughly. Remove cap from the bottle.
- Pour the premixed dry saline ingredients into the bottle.
- Fill the bottle with water to the 240 mL mark. Use either distilled, sterile, filtered (using a filter with an absolute pore diameter of 1 micron or smaller) or previously boiled water (boil water for 5 minutes then allow water to cool to body temperature).
- Tighten cap on the bottle securely, place one finger over the top of the cap and gently shake the bottle until dry ingredients have completely dissolved.
- Gently blow your nose to clear out mucus before using product.
- Standing in front of a wash basin or sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head to the left. Place the tip of the cap up to the right nostril and gently insert the tip so that it forms a comfortable seal. Do not insert the applicator tip more than 1/4 inch into the nostril. Aim the top of the applicator to the back of your head, not to the top of your head.
- Squeeze the bottle gently, so that the solution enters the right nostril. Do not inhale or snort the solution into the nose; breathe through your mouth.
- After a few moments, the solution will begin to drain out the left nostril. Continue to squeeze the bottle gently until you have used approximately half of the solution. (120mL)
- Remove the bottle tip from your nostril, then exhale through both nostrils to clear them of excess mucus and solution. Gently blow your nose into a tissue.
- Repeat the procedure for the left nostril using the remaining solution.
- A small amount of solutions will remain at the bottom of the bottle. Discard any remaining solution.
- Thoroughly cleanse the bottle after each use with water that has been distilled, sterilized, filtered or previously boiled and leave the bottle to air dry completely. The bottle is top-rack dishwasher safe.

Highlights
- Tips for a more comfortable nasal rinse: If the solution is too warm or too cold, the nasal wash will be uncomfortable.
- If you experience ear discomfort after use, try to blow your nose more gently after the rinse. If the problem persist, the openings of your Eustachian tubes may be particularly wide and use of the Nasal Rinse system may need to be discontinued.
- Breathe continuously through the mouth when using Option+ Nasal Rinse system to avoid solution draining from the back of the nose into the mouth.
- Some people might experience irritation of the skin inside nostrils with repeated nasal rinsing. Applying a thin layer of aloe jelly to the inside of the nostrils before or after the nasal rinse will be soothing.
- Wash the bottle after each use with distilled, sterile, or boiled and cooloed tap water, and leave the bottle to air dry completely.
