Not true product in this bag of cinnamon.
I was so disappointed in the product. I am not sure what substance was in this bag of cinnamon. but it wasn't cinnamon. Some dark brown substance that didn't even smell like cinnamon. I will not order this product again. If I was able to get a refund I request one.

Don’t buy this cinnamon
I have never tasted such flavourless cinnamon in my entire life. One questions, whether it is indeed cinnamon at all. Whether it be organic or not, it is a total waste. I was upset that I could not even return the one unopened bag of the two that I bought. Not ! I won’t buy from well.ca again.

Anyone complaining about this cinnamon smelling or tasting different or “unlike” cinnamon is mistaking cassia (typical store bought cinnamon) from true cinnamon (Ceylon). They don’t smell or taste alike because they’re not the same spice. Ceylon cinnamon should taste milder, have a somewhat clove-like undertone to its aroma and be darker in colour. This is a good product for those who are familiar with true Ceylon cinnamon and its subtle flavour profile.
