Good results, horrible taste.
I noticed some improvements in my skin and hair and my TMJd pain started to dissipate too. The taste though, the taste is horrible and very challenging to get past. I tried adding it to juice or smoothies, however I could still taste it. The only way I could get past the taste what by mixing it tmwoth two cups of boiling water and Knorr broth cubes, but then the sodium levels started making me retain a lot of water so unfortunately I have had to stop taking it.

I find this does help with hair nails and skin. Mixes pretty well. The bone broth flavour is not appetizing though!

Works wonders
I’ve been taking this for about five months. My nails have always been weak and brittle, and are now so strong and grow so well that I have to actually file and cut them. Also I was having knee joint pain after long runs and that’s improved greatly. I can’t recommend this product enough!
