Recommended Dosage: (Oral):

• Children 3-11 years: 1-2 tablet (s) 1 time per day: Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Chew tablet.
• Adolescents 12-17 years 1- 2 tablet(s) per day. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Chew tablet.
