Terribly big heads
Why on God's green earth you decided to go big with the toothbrush heads. Did you think that after every 3 months that children mouth grow big/large? Very angry because my daughter refuses to use it as it's too long for her tiny mouth. Bring back the 3+ replacement heads now please.

It breaks
The plastic part behind the brushes breaks and peels off as the kid tends to bite on the brush head. It doesn't last a month. It's disappointing. I don't understand the point of making it plastic covered around the part that goes into mouth. It should be like the adult brushes. Also, brushes wear out so quick like in a week it already looks old

Add flossing routine to the app, please
Please add flossing - not sure why it hasn’t been there to start with?
Overall, love it but hate mold building up too quickly. 2 kids and one adult toothbrush from this company, 3 different outcome.
They do get moldy no matter how meticulous you are about cleaning the brush, drying it separately from the brush itself , on an air through shelf… the mold builds up in less than a month - it must be safer for a longer period of time esp for the kids!!
