7000 Series Shavers
I have always used Philips shavers. My last Philips shaver was excellent. The shaving heads had 3 sets of blades and it shaved very close.
I purchased the 7000 series over 30 days ago so I know I am out of luck on the return policy but I feel compelled to write a review of the 7000 shaver. It has to be the worst Philips shaver I've owned. It doesn't shave close. Midday I feel I have to shave again. In addition to this the shaving head is so bulky and awkward that you cannot shave close to your facial features, like your nose, ears, etc.
I would not recommend this product.

Smart device from Philips
I bought this shaver on sale so I said I should give it a try. I usually shave wet, with gel and this device and the results are very good. Of course you have to shave every 2 or 3 days, in my case, because longer hair will give you longer time to obtain best results and more chances to have skin burns and rashes. Handling is excellent , battery very reliable, cutting disks could be double ( like the old version of Series 7000). The cleaning base is OK, no power needed and the cleaning solution makes a good job overall. One big issue I found is shaving under the nose, It’s a very tricky area for the design of this heads.

Excellent Shave
This shaver replaces my older 7000 series I bought many years ago, which was still working fine. I decided to update regardless and glad I did for a much better shave and no skin irritation that I have noticed. Definitely quieter than the previous model.
Came with the cleaning system which was bonus to keep the shaver clean.
If you have the older 7000 series and like it, you can step up the shave game with an updated product.
I have a beard that I shave around, it would have been nice if the head was closer to the edge of the head, but despite that, I can still manage.

This is my First ever electric shaver.
I was looking for a change, and was very tired of the 5 blade razor. I saw this razor on line and ordered it.. I am very happy with this product..I am still learning the features . I wish there was a better tutorial to learn the use of this product.

Not Happy
I have used it 3 times now and it does not seem to run very fast and doesnt do a very good job I have to use my hand held razor to completely get rid of all the hair. The main purpose of buying this was because Ihave multiple sclerosis and my arm tends to spasm on its own and I cut my face with hand razor but I would not give this shaver more than 1 star. Sorry philips

Wish I would have bought one years ago..!!!!
Instead of spending a half hour with a razor I now spend 4 to 5 minutes with my new 7000. I bought Gillete razors when I was shaving with razors and anyone who uses them knows they are not cheap so 4/8 packs paid for my Phillips razor still getting use to it but even though I am I get brilliant shaves I would recommend this to my worst enemy..lol

Wow. What a great shave.
Bought this shaver to replace an older Philips model. So glad I did. The difference in closeness of shave is amazing. So smooth and effortless with absolutely NO irritation. Features and digital display are clear and very helpful.
