Directions: Instill three to four drops in the affected ear or ears, four times a day for five to seven days. You should avoid getting water in the ear until the treatment is complete. You should begin to see an improvement in your symptoms within one to two days. Even though the symptoms of the infection may be relieved within one to two days, you should use POLYSPORIN® Plus Pain Relief Ear Drops for five to seven days to completely cure the infection. If there is no improvement in your symptoms within two days of starting treatment, or if they have not disappeared within seven days, you should consult your doctor, as you may not have swimmer’s ear.

Good so far =D
I haven't had problems with my ears since I was a kid and I woke up today with a gross fluid coming from my ear as well as some itching. Luckily enough, I've had no pain yet but I picked up these drops as a precaution, thinking that it could turn into a bad ear infection.
After putting the drops in, the itching quickly subsides and it feels as though some of the swelling in my ear (it seems to be warm inside) goes down a bit! I've only been using them today, but my ear hasn't gotten any worse and they seem to help!
I'd say this is a good stand-in if the infection doesn't require serious prescription antibiotics!

This product does what it says it will do!
A couple of weeks ago I started to get my usual ear infection that I always get in my left ear. I am waiting to see the ear , nose, throat specialist about my left ear cause unfortunately I have recurring ear infections in this ear. I bought polysporin antibiotic + painreliever and used it immediately. I couldn't believe it, instantly the pain subsided and after using it for 5 days the infection was gone! Now my right ear is starting to feel like an infection is starting, but I'm shutting that right down by using Polysporin antibiotic + painreliever drops in my right ear! Thank you so much to the makers of Polysporin + painreliever ear drops! They work exceptionally well!

Life saver!
Woke up with the most AWFUL ear ache this morning after getting little sleep with the baby, and had no idea how I was going to get through the day with it. My jaw hurt, I could feel the soreness when I swallowed, my ear was throbbing and I couldn’t go back to sleep on that side (my favourite side). Called hubby to get him to get me something from the pharmacy to help and he brought this home. I’m not one to put any drops in my ears, but with how much it hurt continuously I used it anyways. 3 drops and that’s all it took for this pain to disappear.. it worked almost instantly and I haven’t had any soreness after 6 hours now. I’m going to recommend this to everyone I know! 5 stars

Infected ear from
Works great!!
I had an ear infection for few weeks and it was super painful (blood&pus) but most walk-in clinics were only accepting virtual appointment. I came across this ear drop at a drug store and I purchased it since it was only ear drop available.
It is amazing! My infection got better after 1st application and it visibly reduced pus & blood from inside of my ear. It is expensive, but it works. Uncomfortable pain that was continuing disappeared as well that I almost forgot about my infection. I did apply 3 - 4 times a day and made sure to follow instructions. If anyone is looking for ear infection remedy and cannot wait to see a doctor, I highly recommend trying this product!

I've had a few swimmers ear infections, from pools and oceans, and I use rubber earplugs for that reason
When the infection starts you can feel it in the ear canal:
that's the time to use this- before the pain
after the first symptoms I used this , it cleared it up
I saved myself a trip to the doctor
In the past I waited too long, thiniking it would go away- it just got worse, then I needed a doctor and prescription oral antibiotics and drops

Best ear drops
I have suffered from ear aches and ear infections and consequently major headaches. I have been to doctors, ear specialists and naturopaths - all the professional advice / opinions offered prescription ear drops and said that I would need to deal with the discomfort when prescriptions didn’t work. This time I decided to try Polysporin ear drops and was amazed that after 3 days my earache pain decreased substantially and I was able to carry on with my daily routine.

Instant Pain Relief
I was diagnosed with an outer ear infection, and my doctor recommended Polysporin Ear Drops. So I got some, and within minutes of having put a few drops in my ears, the pain was gone, thanks to the Lidocaine. It is awesome to have that pain relief while the antibiotic goes to work. I can't speak to the effectiveness of the antibiotic because it's only my second day using the drops, but what I can say is that my ear feels noticeably better than yesterday. And using it 4 times a day, the Lidocaine goes a long way to keep pain at bay until the antibiotic can do its job over the next few days. I am very impressed that a simple over the counter product can produce such results. Polysporin Ear drops will be a staple in my home now for my frequent ear infections and swimmers ear!

Took the PAIN away!
I have had a throbbing earache for 6 days non stop. I called my pharmacist and asked him what he recommends and he recommended this product. Within 5 minutes after I put the drops in for the first time (just now) the intensity of the pain I had been having for the last 6 days was cut in half. I finally have some relief.
