I absolutely love the Ground Proativchia in my morning shake! I know I am getting some probiotics along with the other goodies I add to it and its delicious!

Much better than whole chia for me
I use this daily in smoothies, in oatmeal, on peanut butter toast etc. I like that it doesn't 'crunch' or add jelly balls of texture like whole ones do. I keep it refrigerated in the handy zipper bag, which actually works.
