Prenatal Ease Omega 3 DHA is the perfect companion to all the Prenatal Ease products. You can take it before, during and after pregnancy. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential and can only be obtained through diet. The richest sources of Omega 3 are from oily fish, but unfortunately most women do not eat the recommended amount.
Prenatal Ease Omega 3 DHA provides you with all the recommended Omega 3 fatty acids but without the risk of contaminants. Prenatal Ease's fish oil is first made from fish that is naturally low in contaminates. Within the Omega 3 fatty acids, the two most beneficial fatty acids are DHA and EPA. DHA is essential to fetal growth and development and are particularly important to visual and cognitive development. EPA supports the development of the cardiovascular, immune and inflammatory system.
Each serving of Prenatal Ease Omega 3 DHA has both DHA and EPA to ensure you get the maximum benefit of the Omega 3 fatty acids

I was told by my doctor to take an Omega 3 fish oil for my pregnancy cause taking only DHA is not enough. She said that I need both DHA and EPA found in Omega 3 fish oil for the best effect. I choose this one because I use and like their other products. I always take mine with food and I didn't experience any fishy aftertaste or burps. Definitely recommend for any new moms!

Loved these! unfortunately I'll be switching
These were great! I loved that they have both DHA and EPA.
You might get fish burps, but I only experienced this if I took them on an empty stomach. Take them with dinner and you shouldn't have an issue ( I didn't at least).
They really were great, the only reason I'm switching brands is because the prenatal that pairs with this has Biotin in it, and Biotin makes my acne break out. As much as I love the quality of these products I'm switching them out for a brand without the biotin.

Seem to be a good sorce
These seem to be a good source of omegas. Bonus they don't smell or taste fishy.
BUT.. I will be taking them before bed for now on, the fish burps are real afterwards!!

Fishy Morning Sickness
Though I am sure this is high quality and everything, I can't seem to get past how discusting it is if you end up getting sick. It is so fishy and makes morning sickness feel worse in my opinion becasue it so disgusting tasting if you get sick. Also, your breath will deffinetly be fishy smelling so make sure you chew gum or something.

Would get them again!
I've tried different fish oils in the past and these are my favourite. They're a typical size, easy to swallow. I take them after lunch and don't get the fishy burps. Good price point and good quality. I'll continue taking them after I give birth.

Doesn’t smell
Didn’t smell fishy upon opening, but I do recommend eating a decent sized meal before taking these. They do produce fishy burps otherwise. Besides that, super easy to take, and I’m horrible with pills.

All DHA will give you fish burps if you take on an empty stomach. This one didn't taste like fish which means I could actually swallow it without throwing up! Love it.

No taste or smell!
These do not taste or smell like fish and they don't give me fishy burps either! A great source of Omega 3 DHA & EPA - I love this brand!
