Never buying again, waste of my money
This specific preparation h was an absolute waste of money. I don't know if it was just the tube that I got, but the metal tube to hold the stuff is a nightmare. There was too much substance and not enough air, so whenever you squeeze a little bit of preparation h, it kept going and wastes so much product. I had to transfer the actual liquid to a plastic tube (which took an hour and was extremely tiring, also just to get my money's worth) just so that when it squeezed the tube, the entire tube doesn't come out at once. I was extremely disappointed and furious with this specific product. The gel and cream versions were fine and did not have this problem. I'd recommend those ones before this ointment one.
