The Progressive Prenatal MultiVitamins formula is designed to support
your nutritional needs throughout all stages of childbirth, from
conception to the completion of nursing. Each whole food and
standardized ingredient has been carefully selected and rigorously
tested to create a sound foundation for baby and peace of mind for mom.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if you have liver or gall bladder disorders, and/or bowel obstruction. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy has been known to occur in rare cases; in which case discontinue use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
Recommended Dosage:
Take 1 capsule with breakfast lunch and dinner for a total of 3
capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other
medications.

Good Stuff
I've tried other multivitamin/prenatal pills and found that this one is the best one. I don't mind that I have to take it 3 times a day, I just take it whenever I'm eating. I don't really notice any increased energy after using it though and it does make your urine bright yellow but it doesn't bother me at all, just thought I'd point it out in case someone is surprised. Overall good product, good price point and I would buy again!

Disappointed
I was really disappointed to learn about the source of the B12 in these vitamins. I took them when pregnant and have been taking them for the last 2 years while breastfeeding. There is some shocking information about this for of b12 and now I don’t feel confident or comfortable finishing the bottle đ

The only prenatal I have tried but I haven't had any issues with it after about 2 months. 3x/day is a lot and can be difficult to remember, but I try to remember to take it whenever I eat. No nausea side effects, just neon urine. I don't really feel more energized like others have said.

This prenatal has everything I need and is easy to swallow. I have trouble swallowing huge pills and these aren't too big. The only downside is that you have to take 3 a day.

Hate that you need to take 3 pills! Prenatal vitamin like a multivitamin should be once per day!!! I'm nauseous enough already without having to take pills 3 times a day

No tummy issues!
These are fantastic in that they are actually complete with calcium and iron yet do not hurt my stomach or cause constipation. I highly recommend.

Smell awful
I bought these because they have all the vitamins I want but they smell like catfood. If you don't like fishy smells maybe avoid these.
