Pure Encapsulations B-Complex Liquid supports energy metabolism and nervous system functions.
(formulated with methylcobalamin) 0.5 mg, Pantothenic acid (B5) (calcium D-pantothenate)
10 mg, Riboflavin (B2) (riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium) 3 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, Natural vegetable glycerin, Apple juice concentrate, Strawberry fruit juice concentrate, Natural lemonade and orange flavours, Citric acid, Xanthan gum, Potassium sorbate, Purified stevia rebaudiana leaf extract.
As a complex, the B vitamins are essential for the proper functioning of the nervous system and are perhaps the most important nutritional factor for healthy nerve cells. The B vitamins also play a role in the conversion of carbohydrates into energy, in the metabolism of fats and protein, and in the maintenance of muscle tone in the GI tract. The B vitamins support the integrity of the skin, hair, and liver. This balanced combination of functionally interrelated B vitamins provides wide ranging benefits, yet is specifically supportive of the nervous system. As part of a well-balanced diet that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 may reduce the risk of vascular disease.
Recommended Dosage: 1-2 droppers daily, with meals.

Love this B Complex!!
I just left this review on another brand realizing now it was the wrong one. THIS is the B-Complex (Pure) i meant to leave the review for.
Just finishing my first bottle. I like the control of a liquid and the taste is not bad (something you get used to lol, not great but not horrible either) I take 1 tsp first thing in the morning with my other supplements and it definitely gives me the little boost of energy I need to get through my day. I have lupus and fibromyalgia so my energy levels were usually on the low side. I did try 2 days without taking it to see if I saw a difference and there was a defined decrease in energy/mood on day 2. Would not want to go a day without it!
I highly recommend this product. Benefits far outweigh the "different" taste! Ready to place my next order now.

Excellent product - don’t love the price
Tastes good, works well (wouldn’t go a day without it) and zero allergies/adverse reactions. Much prefer the liquid formula to pills. One star off for the price, it’s gotten ridiculous.
